Returnable Items Items eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:

Items arriving damaged, broken, or soiled.
Items received in the wrong size or color.
Unused items not meeting your expectations within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns in the following conditions:

Items beyond the 7-day warranty period.
Used or misused items.
Lost or stolen items.

Note: All returns must receive prior authorization from our Team via the Support Center.   Returns without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Returns Process & Timeframe To expedite your return, please follow our process diligently:

If your item is returnable (see above), submit a Support Center ticket with your:
Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours, providing the return address.
Follow our return instructions and provide proof in the form of a tracking number and valid return receipt.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we'll email you and arrange an exchange or refund within 3 days.

Please allow 3-7 business days for our after-sales team to process your request.   After this, note the following refund times:

For credit card refunds, expect 7-14 business days for processing.
For PayPal refunds, allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

WRONG ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct.   While we strive to expedite processing and shipping, there may be a small window for address corrections.   Contact us immediately if you suspect an incorrect shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE We are not liable for lost or stolen packages unless Priority Insured Shipping is purchased.   If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received the package, contact your shipping carrier.   For assistance, reach out to our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs We aim to benefit all our valued customers.   Worldwide customers should contact us via a Support Center ticket to obtain the nearest warehouse address.

All shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, including return or exchange shipping.   These fees are non-refundable.
Confirm the actual return shipping fee with your local post office.   We recommend using the most economical registered airmail option available.

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you regarding its status.   If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
